We have extended to the Hispanic market and are looking for a team leader for the sales team.

Job Requirements and Skills:

- Managerial skills = minimum managed a team of 5 people for 1 year / ideally 20-30 people and 2 levels of line managers + TL/senior. Regular management: analyze managers' performance, meetings, give feedback to improve their performance;
- HR skills: finding, selecting, creating a system to bring in/adapt new employees and dismissing employees who do not meet the level;
- Sales skill = we need a leader who will go to the line and make sales themselves at least 30% of their time in the first 3-6 months to understand customers well and suggest process improvements to departments based on that;
- Analytical skills: compiling department data into spreadsheets, calculating conversions, analyzing all metrics and drawing conclusions based on the numbers;
- Spanish from C1 + English or Russian from B2;
- Work in remote / distributed teams rather than in an office.
- Working in CRM systems or maintaining all metrics in spreadsheets.

While not required, the following would be advantageous:

- Product skills = the ability to collect data, analyze it, and hypothesize based on analytics.
- Working in EdTech for 1 year
- You live in Latin America and/or in Latin America time zones
- Attention to detail and love clarity (send a cover letter with the phrase "CODE THE FUTURE");

Work Schedule and Location:

- Flexible schedule: 12:00 to 21:00 GMT-5, weekends: Friday/Saturday or Sunday/Monday
- Candidates should reside in or near the GMT-5 time zone (the most important thing is that the work day is not at night);

Compensation and Benefits:

- High income, depending on your skills (salary and 2 KPIs with growth from the number of sales during the year). Payments 2 times a month in USD or crypto;
- Full payment for coworking spaces, and 50% for English language and psychological support services;
